- If the issue is confirmed as valid, we will arrange the return of the product.
3. Non-Refundable Policy:
- Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. If the product is deemed defective, we will replace the item or offer store credit where applicable, but no cash or payment refunds will be provided.
