- Detailed description of the issue
- Photos or evidence of the defect (if applicable)
Once your request is submitted, our team will review it and get in touch with you within 48 hours. If your request is approved, we will arrange the return.
No Refunds: Please note that we do not offer refunds. If the return is approved, we will either replace the product or offer store credit.
